There is a reason dancers have such sculpted and elegantly toned bodies; the nature of the training lengthens and strengthens in an artistic and enjoyable environment. Taught by a former principal dancer of the Ballets de Monte Carlo, Ballet Barre sculpts, tones and refines your body. It’s the perfect blend of ballet and cardio training for amazing results and overall well-being. The workout combines exercise at the ballet barre, in the center, on the mat (“Zena Rommetts FloorBarre®”) with cardiovascular movements to burn fat, gain strength, and stretch to create long, lean, aligned muscles and a graceful silhouette.


Dance and Dance Junior

A 60-minute full-body dance workout combining different styles of dance and music, from Latino to Hip Hop, Rock, Jazz, Cabaret and more. Boost your energy, coordination, cardio and burn fat in a light and fun manner. A great mixture for all ages, no matter your skill level.

At the end of class, you'll be dripping with sweat from head to toe, and you'll still dance all the way home!



This class is based on a typical classical ballet training. Starting at the barre, followed by exercises in the center and jumps. The class is designed for beginners (with a basic ballet knowledge) to advanced, allowing everyone to discover that dance is a great way to get fit, stay flexible and have a whole lot of fun.
